Alkaline Breakfast Benefits
Learn more about the alkaline breakfast benefits. Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. The way you fuel your body can greatly influence how you feel and the energy you have during that 24. This is the reason why breakfast is so important because you have the opportunity to put the right foods in your body so that you not only have the energy to maximize your day but you feel good too.
We all have choices, and we can choose not to eat breakfast, but why would you choose not to have all of the benefits of eating an alkaline breakfast. Breakfast is not just a meal, it is the building block of your day. When you wake, the blood sugar that fuels the brain, cells, and muscles is low. You can replenish this fuel with the food you eat. You are sending signals to the body and brain that you are ready to go, bring on the day and watch me crush everything that comes my way. When you don’t eat breakfast, you miss out on an opportunity to improve the functioning of your body and brain.
Now the body can digest any food and turn it into fuel, but not all food is equal. Not all food provides the same amount of calories to fuel the body, nor does it provide the same amount of nutrients to make sure the body functions well. This is why what we choose to eat for breakfast is so important.

How you start your day is how you live your day.
Benefits of Eating Breakfast
Energy – Energy is essential for your brain and body to work properly. You may feel slow and sheepish when you awake in the morning with low blood sugar. The American Deictic Association says that a healthy breakfast should include proteins, fruits, whole grains, and some vegetables will provide you with the most energy and dietary benefits. Foods with vitamin C, like berries and oranges, helps your brain signals function so that you’re more alert. Plus, your memory patterns will improve.
Boost Metabolism – Plenty of research has found that eating breakfast is important for weight maintenance, metabolism, and overall good health. The findings suggest that eating breakfast every morning may help lower people’s risk for type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, the study authors say—and that even if a morning meal increases a person’s total calorie consumption, those calories may be offset by other energy-burning benefits.
Helps Maintain A Healthy Body Weight – Eating breakfast has been associated with lower body weight and a lower risk of overweight and obesity. It’s been suggested that eating breakfast may improve satiety responses and prevent unhealthy snacking. Those who eat breakfast have also been found to be more active, which means they burn more calories. But it could also be that those who eat breakfast simply eat a more healthy diet. Either way – starting your day with a healthy breakfast seems a great idea for managing body weight.
