Quick and Easy Alkaline Breakfast for busy people

Looking for quick, and easy alkaline breakfast?  This is definitely for you.   The following videos are demonstrations by Youtuber Kimberlee B. 

This first breakfast is a Dr. Sebi recipe.  He wasn’t a real “doctor”, but his client list of celebrates (Lisa LopesSteven SeagalJohn TravoltaEddie Murphy and Michael Jackson) brought him much notoriety in the world of health.  Below each video, you will find the ingredients for each breakfast, and at the very bottom, suggestions for what to do before you eat your delicious alkaline meal.

Easy Alkaline Breakfast #4


  • Coconut yogurt, or whatever non-dairy yogurt you want to use
  • One cup of berries and grapes
  • One sliced banana
  • Three large tablespoon of hemp hearts
  • One large tablespoon of sweetener:  maple syrup or agave

Mix together

  • Kamut Puffs Cereal
  • Sliced Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetener: agave or maple syrup
  • Hemp milk

Easy Alkaline Breakfast #1

ingredients for a smoothie – blender needed

  • 5 small figs or 3 large figs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 hemp milk
  • 1/4 orange juice
  • 1 or 2 ice cubes if your fruit is not frozen


  • Toast two slices of sourdough spelt bread
  • Cayanne pepper
  • Avocado
  • Coconut oil
  • Pink Himalayan  salt

Four quick, easy alkaline breakfast ideas, so there is no excuse for missing the most important meal of the day.

Eating breakfast breaks the fast that our bodies are in from the night before. This is especially important for diabetics, like myself, and children.  Eating breakfast increases our metabolic rate (how fast we burn calories). If we skip breakfast, our body doesn’t process our next meal as quickly and tries to hold onto the afternoon meal as long as possible instead of burning it right away. Studies have shown that weight loss can be more difficult and weight gain more prevalent in people who decide not to eat breakfast.   – Maria Osnowitz
